Nucs Terms & condition's
Cancellations of orders for live bees can be up to 24 hours before collection of nucleus of bees.
The Deposit on nucs are none refundable our nucs are produced to order so we have very litte room to maneuver.
Refunds for cancelled nuc orders prior to collection that have been paid in full will be refunded minus the deposit. full balance must be paid on delivery / collection day of bees
If failure of collection / delivery on the arranged day then the bees will be back for sale and the deposit will be non refundable.
Returns will NOT be accepted under any circumstance and no refunds will be issued once the live bees have been collected or deliverd to the customer. If we are unable to supply your order and need to cancel your live bee order we will refund in full and any deposit paid.
Once your bees are handed over to you , they become your responsibility and should be looked after correctly , we are happy to give advice but once they are on your apiary you are responsible for them,when collecting do not keep in direct sunlight or heat as the bees can overheat and possibly die.
Should you have any concerns when you recive your bees you must contact us straight away We will always do our best to sort out any concerns or problems that you have.
Should problems arise at a later date we are always happy to give advice.
